Our headquarters are situated at 7191 Yonge St, Unit 803, Markham, ON L3T 0C4, and you can also reach us at +1 (905) 886-6166. To ensure clarity regarding the functionality and limitations of our Services, we've outlined the following information for you (referred to as "you," "your," or "End User"). Please review the subsequent terms and conditions (referred to as "the Terms") attentively, as they contain vital details concerning your utilization of the Services. These Terms directly impact your legal responsibilities and rights. By accessing or employing the Services, you acknowledge that you've thoroughly read, comprehended, and consented to abide by these Terms. Your agreement to these Terms is a prerequisite for subscribing to the Services, signifying your acknowledgment of their contents.
1. Modification of the Services and terms of use
We retain the right to alter, delete, adjust, cease, or otherwise amend our website [https://www.techAiLaw.com] (referred to as the "Site") or Services, or to amend these Terms, without prior notification to you or with notification provided as deemed necessary. If we make changes to these Terms, we will publish the modifications on the Site. The alterations become effective upon being posted on the Site. It is your sole responsibility to periodically examine the Terms as displayed on the Site. Your ongoing use of or access to the Site subsequent to the publication of any alterations signifies your acceptance of those modifications.
By utilizing the services, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in your province or territory of residence and possess the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
2. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice
We provide an online legal self-service platform named BlossomLeaf accessible through the Site. BlossomLeaf operates independently from a law firm. The information we furnish is intended for personal use only and does not constitute formal legal advice under any circumstances. Legal counsel can only be dispensed by a duly qualified attorney authorized to practice law in your jurisdiction. Our foundational service, known as the "Basic Service", encompasses various self-help legal solutions, such as simple contract drafting, legal research, basic legal inquiries, and more (referred to as "the Materials"). We employ state-of-the-art artificial intelligence (AI) technology to streamline procedures and ensure precise outcomes.
We may also offer supplementary services that you can choose to acquire, such as a subscription for storing and modifying your inquiries or research outcomes, your authored documents, or a premium subscription offering access to extra advanced features (known as the "Optional Services"). The specifics of these Optional Services will be revealed on the Site. Together, the Basic Service and any Optional Services are collectively referred to as the "Service" or the "Services".
Since BlossomLeaf is not a law firm and does not offer legal advice, any correspondence between you and BlossomLeaf might not be safeguarded by legal privilege. Utilizing the Services does not establish a lawyer-client relationship between you and BlossomLeaf.
We offer online resources to aid you in preparing, executing, and storing your Materials and associated information. While we endeavor to maintain the currency and accuracy of our tools, it's important to note that due to the swiftly evolving nature of laws, our tools cannot be guaranteed to be entirely accurate, comprehensive, or current. Additionally, they may be open to interpretation by different courts. Given the personalized nature of legal matters, it's essential to recognize that general information or legal tools, like those we provide, may not encompass every scenario. We do not assess the accuracy or legal adequacy of the Materials, draw legal conclusions, or apply legal principles to the specifics of your individual circumstances.
If a mistake in your Materials arises solely from BlossomLeaf, we will make every effort to rectify the error at no extra charge to you.
You recognize that BlossomLeaf does not autonomously assess, investigate, or conduct any form of due diligence concerning any data you furnish to BlossomLeaf, and thus holds no liability for any harm or loss arising from the accuracy of your data. It remains your responsibility to manage your data.
3. Registration and password
Upon registering an account with BlossomLeaf, you are required to provide your email address and other personal information. It is essential that the information you provide belongs to you, and you must not use another individual's personal details to access the Service. Additionally, you are prohibited from registering an email address that you do not own or for which you lack express permission from the owner to use.
Upon creating an account with BlossomLeaf, you must establish a password. You are strictly prohibited from sharing your password with any third party for unauthorized or unlawful purposes. Furthermore, you agree to promptly inform us of any unauthorized activity on your BlossomLeaf account. We hold no responsibility or liability for any harm or damage resulting from a third party accessing your password, regardless of the cause.
You may modify your password as frequently as you see fit. Any loss, damage, harm, or injury resulting from the unauthorized use of your username and/or password by a third party is solely your responsibility and liability. There is no restriction on the number of times you can change your password. We highly recommend that you regularly update your password. Additionally, we strongly advise utilizing a robust password, such as one of appropriate length with a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and punctuation marks. Your BlossomLeaf account password should be unique and not used for other services. It is your responsibility to change your password and maintain the confidentiality of it.
4. Payment for Service
The charges for the Basic Service, as indicated on the Site, along with any relevant taxes (hereinafter denoted as "Basic Service Fees"), will be handled when you proceed to check out. Upon payment processing, you'll gain access to view, download, or email the Materials. We reserve the right to modify the Basic Service Fees at any time, with or without prior notification, as necessitated by applicable law.
Charges for any Optional Service, as indicated on the Site, along with any relevant taxes (hereinafter referred to as "Optional Service Fees"), will be handled upon checkout, and the subsequent charges will be disclosed on the Site. We retain the right to modify the Optional Service Fees at any time, with or without prior notice, as mandated by applicable law.
Payment processing services for both the Basic Service and Optional Service may be facilitated by a designated payment service provider, as disclosed on the Site, and are subject to the service agreement of that payment processor. By accepting these terms or continuing to engage as a customer on BlossomLeaf, you consent to adhere to the service agreement of that payment processor, which may be amended by the payment processor periodically. As a prerequisite for utilizing payment processing services through such a payment processor, you agree to furnish precise and comprehensive information, and you authorize us to share this information and transaction details pertaining to your utilization of the payment processing services offered by the said payment processor.
You have the option to inform us of your decision to cancel any Optional Service at any point in time. Your cancellation will take effect either at the conclusion of your ongoing billing cycle or as promptly as possible, based on your preference. Please note that you will not receive a refund for the remaining duration of your subscription term. While refunds or credits are not typically provided for the Basic Service or any Optional Services, we retain the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. However, should we decide to issue a refund or credit, we are not obligated to provide the same or similar refunds in the future.
5. Keeping your data current
Notifications to the End User will be sent via email to the email address you have supplied to us. We will utilize the most recent information you have provided. (1) We shall not hold any liability to you or any third party for any losses, damages, charges, or costs arising from: (a) input errors attributable to you; (b) omissions in the data you furnish to us; or (c) content you post on the Site.
(2) Subject to the constraints and exemptions from liability outlined in (1) above, in the occurrence of a data breach within our systems resulting from our negligent actions or omissions, where your personal information has been revealed to a third party, we will offer you appropriate identity theft protection services, according to terms and conditions established by us at our sole discretion.
